We all hope everything goes smoothy and with elan on walk days and you have a delightful, interesting and fun experience.

However, sometimes something unexpected can change our best laid plans.

I will always run an Elan Walk come rain or shine; as someone once said, there is no such thing as bad weather just inappropriate clothing. 

If I have to cancel a walk due to a rail strike, government advice, or some other circumstance beyond my control, I will transfer you onto the next available date for that walk, that is convenient for you, or transfer you to a different walk if you wish.

Your ticket will be valid for a year from when you booked it so there will be plenty of opportunity to find a new suitable date.

If you find you are unable to attend an Elan Walk and you give me 24 hours minimum notice, I will give you the option to transfer onto another tour with the next 3 months. You may also pass your tickets onto a friend to go in your place in this case.

Elan Walks do not offer refunds in these circumstances.

During a walk you are responsible for your own safety and of any members of your booking group under the age of 18.

Please keep your personal possessions safe and secure during a walk. Sadly pickpockets operate in central London, especially in tourist locations.
